LoomView Staged Implementation Service

The LoomView Staged Implementation Service is a formalized step by step process, designed to implement a fully functional business intelligence system built on a foundation of timely and accurate bookkeeping, proactive forensic financial management, and business intelligence analytics including dashboards and reports.

This is the approach is ideal for every business that wants consistent growth in revenue, profits and cash flow. The Staged Service includes all of the analyses as well as our highest level dashboard services.  It is systemized ramp-up to full-fledged automation in for the data, financials and information of your business. Using our customized process, all of the necessary components are put in place at the right time and in the right order to assure that your business continues to generate revenue even as each stage is being implemented.

Stage 1:     Foundation Setup

1. LoomView Business Intelligence Assessment is completed and used to identify the right data to track: Possible data could include leads, marketing, items for profit margin tracking; initial Key Performance Indicators are identified and tracking begins; results and performance indicators are identified and tracking begins

2. Getting necessary data entry processes in place

3. Getting financial management automated where possible and getting executives, managers and owners out of daily administration tasks where applicable

4. Financial data (bookkeeping, invoicing, AP/AR, etc) is accurate, up to date and being done in a routine fashion

5. Begin to automate invoicing, bill payments, and payroll where it is not automated

6. Create initial budgets and start tracking expenses

7. Sales process analysis: identify all steps of the sales process, create performance criteria to track, measure conversion rate or multiple conversation rates, identify areas for process improvement and team training, Identify sales bottlenecks, uncover opportunities to improve sales materials and tools

 Stage 2:     PROACTIVE Financial Management

1. Getting metrics, data and financial entry done daily

2. Setting up proactive financial management systems

3. Proactive inventory procedures and tracking are begun

4. Identifying ways to increase efficiency and/or decrease costs of goods and operating overhead, i.e. marketing, insurance rates, shipping, delivery methods.

5. Marketing ROI metrics, tracking, analysis, and reporting are being done daily or weekly

6. Begin to identify potential strategic business partnerships

7. Cash Flow Budget and Forecasting

8. Formalizing processes and tracking associated metrics: follow up, tickler system, purchases, sales process, customer service tracking

9. Driver scheduling/routing optimization for efficiency

10. Work on ideal/high value customer identification and effectiveness at selling them

11. Profit Margin analysis and getting structures in place to get data proactively entered and reported

12. Analyzing your key metrics for hourly, daily, and weekly reporting and projections (As opposed to doing so monthly, quarterly or yearly)

13. Automate as many systems as can be cost effectively implemented

 Stage 3:     Business Intelligence Implementation and Maintenance

1. Demographic and socio-graphic analysis

2. On-going test and measures to constantly increase effectiveness, for example: marketing, profit margins, budget forecasts, productivity, efficiency, and key performance indicators

3. Dashboards are operational and are updated at least daily

4. Training management team in how to use dashboards to improve their, their team’s, and business’s performance
